Avoiding Contaminated Medications

Our firm has sued the companies involved in selling contaminated drugs to physicians in Indiana, who in turn injected those contaminated drugs into their patients, leading those patients to develop meningitis. Our early investigation has revealed that the contaminated drugs were sold at discount, and that there were many reasons to suspect a lack of required quality controls in place to ensure FDA safety regulation compliance on the part of those selling the contaminated medications.
